Anyone considering to purchase a property at Finca San Antonio in Mijas, from the developers should be aware of the ongoing litigation between the developers and 61 owners. Developers have refused to pay ANY community fees and have not fulfilled contractual obligations regarding the social club and indoor pool area. Despite First occupation licence in place since January 2007, the indoor pool and facilities have still not been made ready by the developers for the owners. Finca San Antonio is finally finished and the owners have moved in and are enjoying their beautiful properties.

The community is now up and running and the owners have a committee in place to look after their interests.

Many issues have been resolved and those which have not are being dealt with by the community of owners

The community charges can be gotten from the community administrators SAGESA,

if you email a Mr. Jeronimo molina  jeronimo_molina@sagesa.net  I am sure if you identify yourself as to which number you own he will advise you of the charges. 

All owners are sent regular updates since the first general meeting was held.
