The Zanussi oven that we purchased along with our apartment has some sort of electrical problem that is tripping the apartment's main breaker. Could anyone advise who the Zanussi service agent in the area, or someone else good with troubleshooting electrical issues?

In addition to the gas check I will need to get my boiler checked. Can someone please provide Roca's number? Do they speak English and can they also service my radiators? I'd like to knock off 3 items with one visit, and maybe the gas co will accept Roda's cert.

We have a flat screen TV that's rather heavy and I'm looking for a reliable handyman to mount it on the wall. Someone who works well with the plaster over bricks we have here at Roda. Our regular handyman is not available. Does anyone have someone they've used before here at Roda?
