We are coming over to La Torre for 2 weeks from 29th June.

Can anyone tell me if Pino's Bar has opened again for the season, or is it just the Irish Bar that we will need to go to.

I like you was quite happy with a long wait the euro rate and mortgage rate but was a little concerned with a lack of communication from PW, so I e-mailed them yesteday. I had a phone call from them today informing me that phase II was no started yet , and is unlikely for a while.

They offered me an inspection flight over with a view to changing my property and offered me a discount on a key ready property.

I am not sure what to do, although if offered a good enough deal on La Torre would be willing to listen to what they have to say.

I will be going over after Christmas so will keep you posted on Phase II.

My wife and I have bought on TDLT, the old phase 2, not sure what phase that is now!!!

Not really concerned wih the delay as it suits our situation, but what does concern me a little that I have heard that the lay out of the flat I have purcahased has changed since I bought it.

I have heard that the bedroom no longer opens by sliding door onto the balcony, its a window only, and the toliet is a 3 piece all white suite, not the sink on top of a wooden base unit. I have heard a few other changes.

Can anyone confirm or deny these changes and put my mind at rest. We will be visting La Torre in March to find out ourselves, but would like to know beforehand.
