Thanks folks for your replies, We have paid  the connection fee of 192.00 in regard to the water. But we are still baffled by this 72.00 euros which has been debited out of our account. We were thinking of phoning the water company, but we have't got their number and we don't think it would be possible to communicate with them in relation to language barrier. Maybe someone has rang them before with a query, if so we were wondering if they could pass on thE phone number to us via this site.  We would be prepared to give it a try.

Hi folks we were just wondering if any of you could shine some light on a problem we have in regard to the charge our monthly water bill. We were connected on 2th of july when we spent 2 weeks out there. We paid the connection fee. However i see that on the 2th of aug we have been deducted 72.00 euros from our bank account. We can't see how we would use that much water in 2wks, it seems very dear. So does anybody know is this a normal amount for the usage 2 weeks water  or is there another reason which we have been charged this 72.00 euros.  Cheers.

Yes recently we spent 2 weeks in our apartment in LO and as an amputee i was delighted see the provision of disabled pool side shower, even though i do take your point terry in regard full wheelchair access. Maybe when things are up and running in the community we could do something about a ramp or even contact Bms in regard to this matter before they go off site.  However in general i would have to give 3 cheers to Bms for the provision of this shower in the first place, i know that might sound unpopular to some residents!, but it is a little thing that will make a difference to my stay at LO when i go there with my family in future years to come.

 PS Calling Mike and Carol 8b, is there anybody out there,  hope you got our email as requested.

Yes folks we think this is a good idea we will be coming  on saturday, but we will email bms and inform them of the information we have recieved from our neighbours in regard to the state of the complex. We will urge them to take action on this straight away. There will be  a number of children in the complex during the holiday season including my own child and the debris and mess which has been left surley makes it very dangerous for them.
