In our agm minutes for phase 3 villas (eurocasas) it states awnings are permitted in brown cream and grey but management service should be consulted over particular type.

We have a villa on phase 3 and went on contract with the water company at the beginning of October.I don't know how many villas are metered yet but have been told that there is a master meter for the whole site and if the total water used by all the meters does not add up to the amount on the master meter then the difference must be shared by the metered villas.After two high direct debits the third one came in for 103  euros  when we haven't even been there! If your builders are using water from the site can you ask them to stop please.I know there  was a flooding in one of the villas.Could there be another leak?
