Went to the Ingofersa office in Garrucha last monday (9th of May) spoke to Patricia, asked her what the situation was regarding getting our money back , she said he was not able to give us our money back at the moment but offered me another property which i declined. She said the same old story that they have won all the court cases and now waiting for the courts to finalise them. She said they were hoping to get it sorted as she put it the third month before 2012 ,and he wants to get it all sorted out . I said it was disgusting how we have been treated and left with no info. on what was happening she said they were not on the internet at the moment but they could have mailed us every month or so. Hola Maria, was reading with interest your legal tip 277 . We were buyers in the Bouganvillas iv project and had paid £76000 euros with no bank gaurantees.We used all our life savings by doing so, and no funds to take him court which looks like a waste of time any from what i have read on different blogs , wasn't there government decree 218/2005 in Andulucia stating what you say about the money put in a seperate account and only released for the stated project? Have written to the Spanish ombudsman about this at least i got reply but got no further. We have come to the conclusion that we have lost our money. We never have any contact off any one. how would it cost to do what you say a group case ? Kind Regards Alg
