Hi, Is it possible to have an update of the AGM held on the 22/6.  Wasn't able to attend, (back in the UK) but would dearly love to know the outcome, particularly regarding the water problems.

Went onto the site yesterday and managed to have a good look around, it is coming on a treat, but i fail to see how completion for the first Phase is only months away, although, in say that,  I have seen big progress from when i last went up there, which was 3 weeks ago but there is still quite a bit of work to be done, but the good news is that the apartments are looking great, and I think the developement will look stunning WHEN completed.

Is anyone being driven crazy by the drainage problems in their block?  Is this the responsibility of the builders or the adminstrators? Would like to know if other people have experienced problems with the smell from the outside drains?
