Thanks for that Furry.  Maybe if someone from Atlas had mentioned that we would have put off completing on our apartment until January but of course no one did.  Par for the course in this case.

Hi

I also have been charged for this tax for 2007 even though we only completed on our apartment on 14th November that year.  My solicitors Aroca were no help when I asked them why we had to pay this.  I'm confused and would appreciate some advice.

Thanks for the update, its good to know that we are moving in the right direction.  A little publicity goes a long way.  We appreciate all the hard work you are doing for the rest of us.  Its difficult being so far away and not really knowing whats going on.  We will be out on Thursday 17th and hope to meet some of you at the coal face then.

Hi All

We would like to add our thanks to Carol for the good job she is doing in such a difficult situation.  We like many others completed last October and had to pay the E900 in cash to the builder.  we agree that the only way forward is to pay whatever is necessary to get the utilities up and running.  We have to remember that this is a long term investment for most of us and the sooner we have the current problems sorted the sooner we can relax and enjoy our apartments and be proud of them.  We will be out on the 17th April for a week and look forward to meeting some of our fellow residents then.

Hi All

We have also bought an apartment in the Vegamar complex and are due out on 17th April.  The situation is very worrying and with all the conflicting views on this website it is hard to know what to do.  Anyone have any clear cut suggestions as to the way forward.
