Thanks for your prompt and helpful reply. A copy of the draft letter would be great!! I have been made redundant so the backdated monies would be wonderful. I think I have to take the BBVA on. The payment amount has been changed since May 2013 but, like you, I think if its abusive now it was then too! Thanks again. A

Hello

I have a mortgage with the BBVA and they have made me aware of the reduction in my mortgage going forward only, following this decision. However is there anything I can do to try and get the previous overpayments back?
