I am in the same situation as Perry. I want to terminate my contract but my Spanish lawyer keeps trying to encourage me to complete and to get a deal off the developer!
I need to get information and or photographs that shows what stage this development is at, or those that can prove the delay that there has been. Can anyone help me with this?
Has anyone been sucessful in redeeming any of their deposit? Let me know.
