Hope this message finds you both well and in your new property.

Has everything gone well?  Have you moved in?

How complete is the development?

Have you heard anymore news about the waste plant?

Has the market slowed down noticably?  I ask because we are constantly getting offers now from Costa Blanca for properties that were originally €136,000 now down to €105,000.

Great to hear that you are moving in.

We have not found anywhere else yet.....with the credit problems here in the UK and the horrible exchange rate, it has made the whole prospect much less attractive.

We are coming over to the area at the end of July for about three weeks, we had booked it before all these issues arose, and we thought it would be our first holiday in the new property.....but now it will be a normal holiday.

We have got over the initial disappointment...and cheered ourselves up with a holiday booked for Christmas and New Year in Florida.

Hi all,

I have received a map from the builder as the supposed location of the dump.

This is at odds with the newspaper report, and I have e-mailed the newspaper reporter to see what the situation is.

I am told that the map of the site is supposed to be on the wall mof the butcher in the village, so it may be worth popping in to see what the reality is.

I have asked someone to pop in and take a photo of it for me, which I hope to have next week.
