Thank you for your comments on my recent sale, the wonga landed yesterday so it is for real.

In reply to your questions the Apt. was purchased through a bank mortgage but not sure how much was put down as a deposit. The bank made all the necessary checks to their satisfaction before granting the loan which was  without the licence of first occupancy.

My source of information is only as reliable as the users of this site.

Hi there avid followers of the Manzana 3 club

You may remember me, yes its ADT the guy with uncountable loss of sales on his Apt.

After major celebrations I have sobered up and can confirm I have sold the Apt in M3 block 1. Although there were delays in the Spanish mortgage being accepted they did finally complete last Friday. The euro to pounds exchange rate has also worked in my favour so that has really put some iceing back on the cake.

I am lead to believe that the licencies are about to be issued for certain blocks in LRDM so my completed sale and posting will hopefully give you all an upbeat feeling to the future of La Reserva.

It has been a very traumatic experience especially when my 7th loss of sale never turned up at the notary to complete. So let me make this clear it aint sold til that wonga shows up on your bank statement..

Ps Good luck and carry on to enjoy LRDM

Oh I almost forgot I await the barrage of comments from my old pals Jonnone and his side kick, sorry I have forgotten ya name

After 4 months of waiting and my popential purchasers visiting nearly all of the banks on the costa del sol its official they will not grant a mortgage on La Reserva until the licence issue has been resolved. The purchasers had even bought the furniture but were eventually given the all too familiar Sorry no licence no mortgage. Our estate agent has told us it wont be possible until that all important piece of paper is in place. I have also dicounted the property in price but this still wont attract a sale.

Go on Kenny fill ya boots and tell me you know loads people that have completed. I even sent them to the banks you recomended with good status record.

Dear kennye

Just a quick comment, are you aware that 95% of infant fatalities occure in infant pools in spain and not in main pools, Oh and by the way our pool is now fully fenced at a cost to Manzana 4 owners and the shallow end of our main pool is shallower than the filled in infant pool.

This information is factual and is of common knowlage to all M4 owners. See Ya Kenny

Thankyou so much for eventually clarifing & admitting that every statement you have posted on eye on spain is the underhand workings of you know who. I refer to the thread & postings on Current situation.

I dont think anyone was ever fooled by your postings and why you seldom had any response to your statements, when people responded to you, you hit  back with insulting comments and then sent private messages with an even stronger content.
