Hello,

We are Andrew & Barbara Payne.  We completed on M4 on 4 Sept and now live in Av Frondoso Valley 63 when in Spain.

Our next visit is from 14 October to 3 November so we are looking forward to meeting several of you then.  No doubt we will have plenty of experiences to exchange.

On the security topic, we decided to go for grilles and will be having them fitted next month using the same people who did the work for Pat & Geoff.

We have not seen the insurance provided by the developer but decided to insure our house using a UK company which specialises in overseas homes - Intasure.  The premiums are very reasonable and the cover looks good but the test will come if we ever have to claim....

If anyone knows a good and cost effective way to get an internet connection we would be interested to hear about it.  It seems expensive to pay a regular monthly charge when we do not expect to be there for more than about a third of the year.
