Hello,  We have seen quite a few 3 bed Townhouse type properties for sale in the complex.  Does anyone know how much the monthly community fees are please?  Are there any other fees that apply also please?

Just viewed a property that overlooks the main road into Turre from the Los G road.  Burglers had made a real mess of the door with some serious hammer action.  I understand it was the second time its been done over.  

Also viewed a property at the top end and was told the place opposite had been burgled too.

At best this information is 3rd hand but I saw the damage at the first place and wouldn't live there if you paid me.
