Hi Everyone,

Thought I would revive this thread as we are considering a visit over the holiday period 23-29th Dec, flight prices are not too bad. How quiet/lively do you think it will be on site and would we be able to get Christmas lunch anywhere or will I have to cook it myself?  Perhaps the residents could throw a little light on this for me.

I had a booking with Auriga Crown but went into panic mode when reading about cancellations, didn't want to turn up on a Monday night with no vehicle, so trawled the sites looking for a vehicle for 5 adults.  Basically if I wanted to pay £700+ I could have got something for 10 days in Aug.  Hubby not prepared to pay that much!  We have now ended up with a - wait for it - Berlingo!  £390.00.  So if you see a family of 5 squashed into this vehicle driving around Condado it will be me and mine. 

I used carhire3000.com who advised that there is a shortage of vehicles and they are not using Auriga Crown, we are now with Goldcar -another 1 hour wait in terminal probably on arival for collection.  Hey ho roll on Aug 3rd can't wait!
