Hi Dan

Great photos - a lot of progress has been made since my visit in February.  Hopefully the Foro will be completed soon and give owners / renters more onsite facilities.

Friends were staying in our apartment a couple of weeks ago and said the greens are looking great, but weren't sure about the fairways.  Is the golf course still supposed to be playable later this year?

I am sure you will be happy with Gary from Polarair.  He fitted our aircon last September and we were very pleased with the installation, which was done in our absence.  Very neat and tidy, on time, happy to answer any questions, and good service all round.

Hi

We ended up buying outdoor furniture from Polaris World, after looking around, as we felt it was very good quality, durable and stylish.  Certainly not the cheapest, but hopefully it will last a long time.

They also delivered it straight to our solarium within a few days of ordering.

LIke others, I was expecting a larger reduction in monthly payments given the big reductions in Euribor late in 2008.  When I spoke to CAM on the phone, I got the same explanation about the revised rate being set based on Euribor 2 months prior to the revision date.

I am still waiting to get a response from Sven who I emailed over a week ago, but I presume that the explanation will be the same as Chris got below.
