This article on Mojacar's history is fascinating, especially the details about its Moorish past. The architecture is clearly a blend of cultures. I wonder what role tourism has played in preserving these historical elements, or has it inadvertently overshadowed them? Thinking about getting around, I bet the roads can be tricky.
