Quite eager to hear if the burglaries are an ongoing problem as that would be a major worry.

 I am thinking of buying on Roda, I already own a property in the area but am thinking of a change and also rent the property for holiday lets. Information on the resort is quite hard to come by and I have a few queries if anyone is interested in offering their opinion, you can always send a private message if you dont want to reply in public.

So here we go:-

1. What is the situation with the community and debtors? Is there a problem like most resorts and how could I obtain details/financial situation.

2. I am looking at phase 4, are there any issues with burglaries here as it is near the rear entrance?

3. Are there issues with thefts, burglaries in general on the resort?

4. How do people find living/holidaying on the resort, is it a nice place to be?

5. Is satalite tv provided by the community or do you need to make your own arrangements?

6. Is there anywhere I can be pointed for more information apart from here?

Thanks Morerosado. Sorry I wasn't being to clear, what I meant to say was that I could not find any reference to the area on the web or what it is like or indeed any other area with a bit of nightlife. As you have pointed out it is quite easy to find the University on google but I am after finding out information on an area, to say take a few people on a night out.

I am new holiday home owner to the area and information is hard to come by on where to go for a bit of nightlife. I plan on taking a trip to Barrio de la Merced on my next visit to explore but really would appreciate somebody pointing me in the right direction of anywhere in particular where I should be going.
