I'm sure we'll love it. I'll be looking at a long rent initially to find the best place for the family to settle (we're the nomadic type!) with a view to buy once we've found the best resort for what we need. I've heard Condado is the biggest so I think we'll rent there.

Ever since I seen it advertised in the UK, I knew that this is the lifestyle I wanted for my family. I cant wait! :)

Hey everyone,

I have just joined the forum after toying with the idea of moving to Polaris World for years.

Sorry if there is a similar post on the forum but I couldnt find one.

I'm thinking of moving my young family (2 boys, aged 2 and 4) and I over in either 2012 or 2013 and setting up business for ex pats.

I have heard some rather mixed views on here... some saying its a ghost town (maybe not the best place to set up) with pissed up kids running riot and others who love the resort.

Ideally, I'd like to set up inside the resort but I cant find any information to see if this is at all possible. Is this possible?

And does anyone have any experience here running a businessfor ex pats in Condado / Spain that could give me some advice and tips.

I would appreciate it very much, thanks for reading.
