whats happening on the islands terrazas de la torre

Hi all I am setting up this blog for the community of the islas terrazas de la torre
I am over in Murcia on the 9th August taking many pictures. My first concern, having seen recent pictures, show the blocks of properties are facing back to back unlike the original plan where there would have been a waterway as well as pedestrianisation seperating blocks A and B.
