My fight against the Land Grabbers

I discovered last month that the builder we bought our land and house from has now had initial approval to build an urbanisation around our property and three other neighbours, taking on average 50% of our gardens and chargeing us tens of thousands of euro's as contribution to the infastructure costs. I hope to record our fight to defend our properties.

My wife and I settled in Spain some 3 years ago after working hard all our life, mostly 7 days a week. In the last years before we retired to Spain my wife and I sold property in Spain. We did exhibitions around the Midlands in the UK and persuaded people to go to Spain on a property trip. Our partners based in Spain would show them around and sometimes they did buy. I suppose we sold 20,000,000 euro’s worth of property in the 6 years we were active. We invested ourselves at one point in 2005/6, we had a house and apartment and a deposit on two further properties. We eventual bought the property we are in now and sold the others. We are now trying to fight "LAND GRAB"
