Is it El Rincon builder's wall you are talking about Karen?
The one that a hole was knocked in to to take the rain water into the ditches?
If they build that up again, that would be madness!!
And, surely building a wall on our propery by the ramp, would stop access for cars to the garages?
Also, any emergency vehicles would have no access to go round the perimeter.
It all sounds very annoying for you!

Yeah Fibby.....you got it in one !! The wall is now re built.
You are right about the access.....that's why it hasn't been done before. Also time before last when the garages flooded, the water was so bad it went down the other garage access, you know, the one under Fase 1. Now the wall has been re built the water on the road will be GREATER and it will flood into both garage entrances................not to mention over onto our periferal road..............if there is lots of water coming off the roofs onto the periferal road where's it supposed to go? It will go over the ramp from this side and down to the garages.
There's RAIN forecast for this weekend...........and we0re worried sick !

Ridiculous!
Jack hammer comes to mind, in the middle of the night...........
How can they have got it so wrong?
Surely the Town Hall gave the builder clear instructions to demolish the rest of the wall?
How did they interpret that as "build it up again"!

Fibby....I edited previous blog to add this........................

El Presidente is back from Town Hall.................apparently the instruction to re build the wall came from the 'promoter' ( NO we don't know who it is ) and representation has been made to the Mayor regarding the wall ( by the 'promoter' ) and the wall has to be re built and the TOWN Hall can do NOTHING. Rosa, chief engineer at the Town hall ) is fuming but cannot countermand this.
