Living with the Presidente.

A tongue in cheek account of living with the Presidente, OR how to survive and extended 'family' of 183.

The 'Sprayer' strikes AGAIN.................
Sunday, March 1, 2009 @ 9:58 PM

The idiot with the spray can has been at it again!

This time it was on the wall surrounding the whole property which is margionally better than last time when it was all over the Cotogran surface of the actual building and cost the Community 700€ to have removed.

Funnily enough, this boundry wall is INSIDE locked gates, so who could it be? Only owners and tenants have keys to the gates which are kept locked.

Also, the words, including El Presidente's Christian name, were in Spanish.

I would like to assure the 'sprayer' that El Presidente's parents ( now both deceased ) were married at the time of his conception!!

We have two Spanish tenants and two Spanish owners here at present but El Presidente would not let me knock on their doors to try and find the culprit...............thought their fingers might be covered in gold spray paint! Probably just as well considering the way I was ( and am ) feeling. And of course, the 'sprayer' may not be Spanish, but I had to look up the second word in the dictionary to make sure of it's meaning, it's certainly not the Spanish one I would have used in that context.

Anyway, I had to content myself with mixing white paint with yellow food colouring  and painting over the words after I photographed them in case we need them for future reference.

Now, I can ( and do ) call El Presidente ALL sorts of names..................BUT.............no one else is going to !!

El Presidente is a nice, calm, honest, genuine person......................Mrs. El Presidente has none of these attributes so BEWARE the 'sprayer'.

Blinkin' ek, not again!
Surely now you can make a list of who was in residence at BOTH times?
Someone must have seen something or smelt the paint as it was happening?
I know last time, someone we spoke to could smell the paint very strongly, as they approached the building. After talking with other people, the "spray" time was whittled down to within 1/2 hour. This tied in with the time he approached the building, so the smell is strong at the time it's sprayed.
This is the last thing Peter can do with at the moment, lucky you are so supportive and a strong person...............
You go girl.........when you catch them............
