I officially won my court case using a Spanish solicitor against grupo masa. I am due around €90,000 and to date July 2013 still not received a penny or euro!

As a family we have acrued around £50,000 in debt and do not know what to do next

We have won our court case against Calidona builders in Corvera. We have been told the builders cannot pay us as they don't have the money. We did not receive a bank guarantee as promised and to go back to court and make them bankrupt will cost us more and would not guarantee any money either. We owe court and solicitors now with no property and no money. Can you help us as we cannot afford to let this go.

Build called Sierra golf in balsicas deposits were taken houses were built some signed over but about 200 were not the reason the property's were not ready was habitation certificates time went on and the builders procabar who worked for groupo masa went bankrupt it went to court the banks got all the properties and everyone else got nothing lots of people have lost a lot I payed 75 percent of the price as agreed with atlas international who I think want to look at themselves as they were our contacts and just watched it happen with out letting us no what was going on I was wondering if you'd heard of this development and could give of any advice thank you Gary prentice
