Galgos del Sol desperately need goods (especially furniture) to sell in their recently opened charity shop in Los Alcazares, near Murcia airport.

With so many Galgos - a number of whom are sick & who need numerous trips to the vets for medical care - GdS need help with this more than ever.

They will accept anything - clothes, toys, furniture, books, DVDs, electricals, anything that is of decent quality to re-sell to help the Galgos at GDS and also other abandoned dogs. 50% of all profits will be donated to Los Unicos, a dog charity that helps all breeds.

The shop is in Los Alcazares in the Oasis urbanization near the English butchers and the Arches cafe. Coming on the AP7 from the Torrevieja area, it's the turn off before the airport one, Alcarzares Norte, up slip road to big roundabout in front of the Arches , the row of shops are facing you.

Please call into the shop if you're local & offer help or give us items we can sell to help the Galgos.

Opening hours are 10am - 2pm Monday to Saturday. And also 5 - 8pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Ring Tina, President of GdS, on 693 100 712 to arrange furniture collection if needed or email her on galgosdelsol@hotmail.com
