Need a good lawyer on the Costa del Sol

Can anyone please recommend a good lawyer around the Malaga areas? (Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola).
I need a good lawyer experienced in business transfer, buying, selling, leasing, renting of bars and clubs, who speaks good English and can get things done quickly and efficiently and economically.
I've been reading the other blogs but didn't see any recommendations for these areas and I know Maria comes highly recommended but she's out of the area but would consider using her if she could help.
Some idea of costs would also be much appreciated.
