I agree with Pitby if people have to ask before private messing you many people will not bother to do it. Believe it or not there are still alot of shy people out there who don't want to discuss all their details in an open forum but they happily private message someone in the same postion as them.

The opportunity to block PMs would be good.

You say a contract can be cancelled if you cannot get the finances.  Do you need to be turned down by the developers bank or does it apply to any loan facility? How many applications would you be expected to make before being in a postion to cancel?

We ask this question because our Spanish solicitor seems to be under the impression that we cannot cancel even if we are unable to obtain the financing.

We also bought with Hercesa in Jul 07. We were out there about three weeks ago and it looked to be on line and Marie fronm Hercesa  has been sending us photos. Have they contacted you re the washing machine placement? They did us about four molnths ago.  Which block have you bought in?
