 Hi Jason, An offer of 130,000 for a 2 bedroom apartment in a fine developement with garage storeroom pools and gardens is ridiculous.  If your customers find what they are looking for good for them as things are about to change 230,000 would be a starting figure for La Reserva.  This 130,000 is just an insult to any seller.  Please remember everything has its price. 130,000................people are not that stuck, the banks are looking for 240,000 for distressed sales in La Reserva.  130,000 wow. How could you ask????
