Electrical equipment does have a first year guarantee which comes into force once you have completed on your apartment. Recently a client of mine had a problem with his fridge/freezer, i faxed over a copy of his completion date to the manufacturer, and he was given a new unit.

A standard single Spanish bed is 90cm wide x 190cm long. Other widely available widths are 80cm (z bed). 135cm (double) and 150 (king). 200cm length is also widely available. Standard Spanish bed linen is 190cm long, but is also available in 200cm.
