Lamartin area a year ago and am loving life here my daughetr and granddaughter are moving over in jan 2012 my granddaughter is 11 and we are really concerned on her settling into a new secondarary school any advise help is there. LocL state school or are they all fee paying very scary time for us all in helping my granddaughter settle in and make friends she speaks little Spanish just basic .many thanks for any help

Recently bought and moved to the los dolses villamartin area really enjoying it and settling in (miss my family)but all good..Advise and help in right direction really im looking at Cleaning one offs holiday new builds ect I know its will be hard but i can see although there are many...Theres alot of not so great ones also..Not wanting to blow my own trumpet so to speak i am confident once i have a couple it will be word of mouth i love to clean and do it well..I have flyers and cards printed already have put some locally any help advice tips on where to advertise who maybe to contact how?Also any advise on new build cleans would be great many thanks..

hi everyone im new to this so bare  with me.. does anyone have any imput to the rent2buy schemes going on i came out this year thinking we would be ready to have family living here south costa blanca and the mortgage down payment has gone down again so we are stillfalling short we could sit and save for another year or so but we really want to make a start we keep hearing about the new rent2buy scheme where you can rent and almost save at the same time as a % comes of the the property ect?any advise imput be great.
