If we book flights for next year ie Jet 2 will they be able to charge extra fuel duty near the time ,there for once you have booked you will most likely  go any way

hi just checked jet 2  it has gone from the 2/5 to 5/5 now its not untill the 7/5 why ?!!!! when will we be able to book winter flights
