In Spain we have similar they are known as Chinese Shops as they are run by Chinese, everything cheap. Every town has several.

Think it's every 2 months, but here in Marbella they are always behind, tried to pay water for  March/April in the middle of May and they told us to come back in a couple of weeks.

Think it will be a lot cheaper to buy a locked phone, then pay 10 euros to get it opened. just ask around loads of people do it. There are some codes for this online.

We Went to Gibraltar today and it was very busy, took 25 mins to get in, this was at 12.15, they actually checked our passports, then coming out at 3-15, we were sent in 'a loop' from the last roundabout, took 45 minutes, loads of police around. We haven't been since February so found it all a bit unusual.
