Hi Maria,

Is it possible for you to quote the law involved. We do not have a Habitation Certificate and have been paying IBI in Mazarron for years. The same applies to our neighbours - several hundred homes. The major says that the two are not connected and that IBI is payable regardless of certificate. Thank you for your help.

So many people have had their confidence in Spain shaken by the behaviour of lawyers who want only to line their own pockets with no thought for the people they are supposed to represent.

It's wonderful to be able to see that there are honest and generous people in your profession, I hope that many others follow your lead.

The Don Juan Hotel, Playa Poniente does a wonderful buffet lunch in the restaurant for 15 euros. They also have a huge sunny terrace where you can have tapas etc.
