Friday, October 03, 2008:Can anybody help. We have just set up a new community on a recently built site. In the first meeting a president was elected but we have recently found out that she does not own the property but rents it from a company. I know that she can have a proxy vote for the owner but can she legally be president.

The adminstrator has called a meeting to form a commitee for our community, what I need to know is as only 43 out of 87 bungalows have been built will the builder be liable to pay a share of the community charges.

Friday, January 19, 2007:I have bought a property off plan and paid 40% deposit on it. When we went out to Spain in December we went and had a look at the development to see how our villa was progressing only to find that it had been finished and the builder was using it as a show house without our knowledge. Is this legal in Spain?
