There are many authentic and quality restaurants in the El Born district of Barcelona, just don't be put off by the fact it does not look anything special from the outside.

If you want something cheap and cheerful but real authentic go to the Cava Bar in Barcelonetta, the name of the road is Reina Christina. Real Spain and Barcelona.

I have stayed ay the Hotel Condal many times and is much better than it's official 2 star rating and is ideally located just off the Ramblas on the way to the Gothic quarter. Also 2 minute walk from Plada de Catalunya where you get off the aerobus from the Airport. Perfect location.

I have always found Carjet Iberia good and they have a very effecient service.

They are a broker and get the best deal from the various companies within the airport.

All interenet based and very user friendly.
