Hi

Can anyone tell us how we can go about paying our tax bill as we were just about to send it to Aldea when we got the 'e-mail'.  Do we need to appoint another legal advisor or is there somewhere we can pay it ourselves.

Also have any of you had the e-mail from Parador "wanting to help".  I don't know about you but I wouldn't rely on their help. They're probably tied up in this scam as well.

Hi everyone, we have also received the e-mail from Aldea who have the deeds for our property at the moment. I would welcome any ideas as to how we get hold of those deeds and whether we can bring them back to the uk. Also we haven't yet paid our tax bill for this year (perhaps something was telling us to hang on to our money) and would like some advice from anybody as to how we pay that bill and who to now that Aldea are no more.

We are trying to sell our 3 bed townhouse in Balsicas, Costa Calida. As the Spanish property is so slack at the moment we have come up with the idea of offering it for a part exchange with someone with a smaller property in the area we would like to relocate to. Has anyone heard of this or done it themselves? We would be very interested in hearing from you as we are not sure as to the legalities of it all.  We have the house up for sale on this website.

Thanks Morerasado, have got the e-mail addresses and will definitely contact them. It's good to get recommendations rather than take a shot in the dark estate agents.

Yes we did complete as we would stand to lose all the money we had so far put down on the house which was about £50,000 - far too much. We bit the bullet and signed in August and as we said before have furnished the house and its coming on well. We Iove the house but would still dearly love to be nearer the sea in Los Alcazares so have put the property up for sale on this website and are looking for roughly what we paid for it, or even a part exchange with someone who has an apartment and maybe wants a house. We will also be talking to estate agents in the area when we next go over at Easter.

It was well spotted of you seeing our post and remembering us as it seems so long ago. Hope everything is well with you and if you have any tips on how we can progress please let us know.
