 I am supposed to be in court on the 26th to speak with the Judges re getting my money back. I have emailed the administrator but not had a reply. If I can get the relevant files re my case from Aldea then I can get a new solicitor and go to meet the Judges.

 I have contacted the administrator and have had no reply either. I have been told that he probably cannot speak English very well. After I received the mail from Juan Carlos i phoned Aldea and they told me that was the wrong translation.

 

I stumbled across a site that has more information on it.

 

google aldea advisors  and when the various options appear scroll down to AldeaAsesoresAdministration (Aldea Advisors) belegal. com  and open it

 Hi 

I'm in a different position to anyone else

I was told, having paid my first payment of £65,000 or 99,000 euros.as it was then, some 4 years ago, that it was an illegal build so for the last 3 years I have been trying to get my money back. I am due to be in court on the 28th of October with a Barrister and translator, supplied by Aldea. 

What do I do now as Aldea have all the relevant paperwork?

 I phoned Aldea this morning and they told me that another letter is coming out today to us all.

 

She admitted that they have financial problems but have not been made bankrupt. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.
