Hi All,

One point I wanted to make was that your Spanish Will will be registered in the Will Registry in Madrid and an original held in the Notary you granted it. Do not fret for the Will! You or any solicitor will only have a "Copia Simple" or simple copy so no worries there!

Hi all,

Just in case you were not aware, all documentation was transferred to another firm and we have been instumental in the collection of ex-Aldea clients documentation from them free of charge.

It is surprising the amount of people still unaware of the situation and who have no idea who to turn to.

Any help required just let me know.

Hi all,

I work for a Law Firm who is representing clients in lawsuits against PEINSA and our Barrister had informed us of this fact.

After speaking to the Barrister for an update last week, he informed me that the Judge dealing with the "Voluntary Liquidation" of PEINSA has rejected the application by them due to not having sufficient debts to grant it.
