Hi , it was sherry mirador ,same group, i think, and yes palmera properties. The lawyer

took mirador to court and they did not go bust they own hotels etc.

I put a seizure on one of their hotels, if i win, they will have to sell the hotel and

pay me. Someone else is living in my house, which i put a deposit on, they sold

it twice i think.

Hi, just to let you know, i won the court case against mirador last december, now am waiting for their appeal

in the high court, 22nd of january, my lawyer is in the progress of asking for a deal with the other lawyer

as they think i am going to win, lets hope so, Luci.

hi, just thought i would let you know

we were due in court on the 29th of june but the builders mum died the

night before so it is now posponed until the 7th of october, against

mirador, but we bought through palmera, i will let you know how we get on.

hi, i have got a solicitor in alicante acting on my behalf

i did start to use patricia de morales but cannot understand her

written or spoken english much. My solicitor so far has been on the ball so

fingers crossed, because as we speak it has just gone to court.

hi has anyone got money back deposits etc from mirador or palmera for

off plan properties never finished and have you had to go to
