02 April 2012: We have an owner who has never paid any Community Fees in the 7 years he has owned his place but rents it out full time.
Yes we are taking him through the Spanish Courts & also in the UK but he is slippery as a bucket of eels.
His latest renters are causing lots of problems and seem intent on breaking every Community Rule.
The question I have is could we deny the tenants use of the Community Pool (and their numerous guests) because the owner is a debtor.?
