 This really ticks me off in Spain. I and my friends have all at some time had money stolen by thieves -usually moroccans or gypsies.

Thieving on the market is particularly bad especially when you hand out bags to be weighed & leave your pockets vulnerable.The police and market traders don't give a damn and now much wiser I never go out with more than 20 euros. 

I find it depressing to have to walk round with my hands guarding keys,money etc every time I go out in a crowd.

 I bought a dongle from Vodafone Dos Mares & it wouldn't work. They didn't want to know and staff were most unhelpful. A computer shop found out it was old stock and needed some firmware updates..I won't be going back there in a hurry

 We have an owner who has never paid any Community Fees in the 7 years he has owned his place but rents it out full time.

Yes we are taking him through the Spanish Courts & also in the UK but he is slippery as a bucket of eels.

His latest renters are causing lots of problems and seem intent on breaking every Community Rule.

The question I have is could we deny the tenants use of the Community Pool (and their numerous guests) because the owner is a debtor.?

 If (just for instance!!) someone was selling & had not paid the la renta for (a while!!!) would this be withheld in the 3%?
