Has any one looked at investing in the water dameged Hotel Sanilles ? I spent a lot of time trying to work out a deal with Hugo and Nadia. Unfortunatly as nice as they seem they were not prepaired to back up their words with a contract ! They wasted so much of my time with wonderful ideals but no action.
