As others opinions, for expensive properties would take the risk. But it depends on where you want ot live, the expenses in the registered office in UK, and what you do in Spain.

Same taxes as in an office. Depending if you are "autonomo" or create a company, some house bills can be deducted.

If you have 4g or a good 3g in your area, amena has a great deal. 29€ iva inclusive, for a 100 gb a month usege, but not more than 5 gb download. You have to buy a router from them that cost 59€. ( I use it and work perfect).
