In todays Times there is an in depth article with Comments on the illegal activities of the Andalucian mob.

The whole of Spain should be embarrased by their disgraceful barbaric actions.  Fantastic PR for a country which seems to be getting more corrupt than Nigeria. And what does the Spanish Government do ?

I did say this triad but failed to mention the Dodgy Builders who have had the lion share and done a houdini.

All four bodies The  Corrupt Town Halls, The Builders, The Lawyers and The Estate Agents should be made to repay in full and with interest all the money that has been invested and now lost by the INNOCENT Home Owner.

This bunch of FOUR should be made to pay back every cent.. Until that happens the credibilty of the Spanish System is in serious Tatters.

Spain needs a Kick up the backside, why are'nt they being investigated for their rough justice ?

Do Not Buy in this Corrupt Country which has no respect for civilized behaviour

What needs to be done is the World being informed as to these absolute abuses to ordinary people who have done everything right and seen their homes ripped into rubble.

The corrupt town hall staff, lawyers and greedy agents who have had their cut have got away .

These people should be made to take the can and the consequences.

The Corrupt Town Halls, The so called Lawyers and Estate Agents.. This triad should be made to pay.. not the innocent home owner.

Till this happens .. The rest of Europe and the World should sit up and take Heed..

Spain is Not a  safe place to invest in Bricks and Mortar.

If it is KeyMare we are talking about then we are wasting our time.

I have just returned from Salinas de Vera, built by so called builders KEYMARE, A  supporting wall in Block1 had a major crack , KeyMare builders have had to UNDERPIN, the Irish family in that groundfloor apartment waited all day for a KeyMare person to come.. Surprise Surprise no one turned up. Their main door has plaster falling off and it is naturally worrying them.

In my own apartment I have suffered damp in the main bedroom and patio areas due to KeyMare head of design putting sprinkler systems in the adjacent property with no damp proof membrane between adjoining properties. What is worrying is that the paving tiles to my entrance have now sunk .

This damp is a common theme at Salinas de Vera,  Trying to get KeyMare to do anything once you have parted with your money is very difficult. Would I have bought a KeyMare property had I known what I know now !! The answer is obvious.

Hi All,

 

I have just returned from Salinas de Vera after enjoying 2 lovely weeks of Spanish sun. Found Salinas do be in arun down shoddy state. The outdoor pool had huge black mouldy patches for all to see unless you were totally Blind.

Found that a major crack had developed in Block1 and had to be underpinned by KeyMare. Plaster surrounding the front door was falling off, giving concern to the family in Block1,  they did wait as I did for KeyMare to turn up, only to get a phone call late in the afternoon that a KeyMare person was unavailable.

Spanish owner also in Block1 had alot of flooding due to dodgy plumbing of dish washer.

Damp is becoming a major issue, due to water sprinklers being co sited to adjacent properties with no water proof or damp proof membrane. In my case damp in main bedroom and ugly water stains on patio. Now the tiles to the entrance to my property have sunk.  Designed by a total prat.

The walls surrounding Salinas look disgusting black stains on walls. Usually given time a place looks better as the plants etc mature.. given time Salinas is going downhill.
