Thinking of buying a 1 bedroom apartment in Neuvo Vera Complex for 156,000 euro - from MRI.
Do you think this is a good buy?
Anyone got advice for me as this is my first purchase in Spain?

You need to give more details Clara such as: where exactly is Nuevo Vera, is it already built and development finished, near beach amenities etc and area of apartment etc. Is it off plan,  resale or contract sale?  You are aware I presume that you can add approx. 10% to the cost for VAT, legal fees, notary fees etc. You should engage a good English speaking Spanish lawyer and check that the purchase contract specifies all the necessary details with plans etc.   He will also make the necessary checks on the sellers title planning permissions, encumbrances ,guarantees etc
