We have been told the habitation license has not yet been granted to the builder for phase 4. Please can you let us know how long it took for the habitation license for the other phases to come through. The solicitor has encorouged us to go ahead with the completion but we are not happy to proceed until the license has been granted. Is anyone else out there in the same position. Thanks.
