Hi, My partner and I recently moved to France for a few months for a change but have decided to move back home to sunny Spain. We are firstly looking for a short term let from the 16th Jan for one week, ideally this property would be located between Marbella and San pedro, anywhere is fine as its just a base to search for a long term let. In terms of budget, we will take the cheapest one we find as its just a place to lay our heads, so if anybody has a property or knows a friend who has one available I would appreciate the help.
Secondly we are looking for a long term rental in Guadalmina, San Pedro, La quinta, Nueva Andalucia or the Golden Mile. It needs to have a minimum of 2 beds, ground floor, furnished and have access to the internet, we also a well behaved cat!. We know the area well and can provide good references. If anybody can offer any help I would appreciate it, although if possible I would like to go direct with owners to avoid any commissions (sorry to the agents out there).
