Can anyone help

We are family of four ( two young kids one of each) looking to move to spain possibly the regions of Granada (Montefrio, Alcala la Real, or iznalloz areas) or Almeria (Baza, Seron, Tijola or Cela areas), colud anyone help with any information about any of these areas or surrounding areas and what they are like?

Also can anybody help with suggestion about any good estate agencies as i have read some horror stories?
