I will be moving to the Costa Blanca with my family at the beginning of Feb' 2009. I will be over the week of 12-19 January 2009 to view properties and sign contracts (hopefully)!
We are looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment please? I have mobility problems, so if it doesn't have a lift it will have to be on the ground floor. The property should be fully furnished.
We will be looking for an 11 month contract, with the possibility of renewal if all goes well between both parties. Ideally, it should be within the area of Villajoyosa - Benidorm - Altea. However, we will consider the area of Torrevieja - Almoradi.
We are a responsible family, and will look after the apartment carefully. All we ask in return is that we have an owner who shows us the same respect.
So, after all that, can anyone help?
