Who needs it?

I found a company in costa blanca call allyouneed, they are really good they can find you a solution for almost everything, and really aforable if you want the details just contact me.

How true is it that many coastal based PM companies who offer their services to somewhere such as SADM, actually see through the regular property support considering they are approx 1hr away. Everything has a cost of sale and surely this is reflected in the service price if the PM company has to include petrol and travel allowance on a weekly basis.

we use www.spanishrentalholidays.com for our managing agents. Their prices were on a par with many others we looked at. The difference with these guys is they actually care!! They are very helpful with all aspects, not just getting your money. Any problems or queries they are always available. They operate on Costa del sol from Marbella along to Duquesa.

Sorry, just realised I didn't respond to your question.

I personally wouldn't consider a property management company that was based an hour away from my property.  In fact, I would question why they would want to chase business so far away, unless of course they had a local branch set up.

Our feedback certainly reflects that local businesses, particularly small focussed ones will generally provide the best property management service...although not always!  You can't beat a recommendation.

Does anyone know of any price comparisons (Estepona area)? We've just been quoted the following and don't know if it's good bad or middling. Our property will only get occasional use so just needs a regular visit/airing and loo flushing. .
