Everything has a cost of sale and surely this is reflected in the service price if the PM company has to include petrol and travel allowance on a weekly basis. Their prices were on a par with many others we looked at. The difference with these guys is they actually care!! They are very helpful with all aspects, not just getting your money. I personally wouldn't consider a property management company that was based an hour away from my property. In fact, I would question why they would want to chase business so far away, unless of course they had a local branch set up. Our feedback certainly reflects that local businesses, particularly small focussed ones will generally provide the best property management service...although not always!
