Hi, can anyone help. I own land with no debts, have FULL planning permission for a childrens indoor-outdoor play area with restaurant. My partner is self employed here and has a low declaration for his renta. We require finance to complete our build which has been valued at 50% more than we want to loan. Any advice or recommendations as to a good mortgage adviser. Thanks.
